Up for sale is this original US WW2 bayonet. Made for the M1 Carbine by Kinfolks. This one is pretty rare as it has a rubberized handle. The blade measures approximately 6.5” long and 11-3/8” from end to end.
Comes with WW2 era M8A1 scabbard. Very good condition, appears this bayonet was recycled after WW2 for use in either Korea or Vietnam as denoted by the black paint on the scabbard. These bayonets had a long service life.
