Offered is an original vintage 1935 Alberto Vargas print titled “Summertime,” an early example of the glamour artwork for which Vargas would become famous.
The image features an elegant young woman in a flowing white dress seated in a meadow beside a large summer hat and holding a colorful bouquet of flowers. The lower margin is printed “3215 SUMMERTIME,” and the artwork bears Vargas's printed signature and a 1935 copyright.
The reverse retains interesting period printing in red, including “DISCONTINUED / DESCONTINUADOS” and “SERIE ‘H’ STANDARD.”

Condition
Good vintage condition. Colors remain bright and attractive, and the print displays very well overall. There is an indentation/small area of surface damage near the hat that has been reinforced with tape on the reverse. Minor age-related edge and handling wear is also present. Please review all photographs carefully, including the reverse, and use them as the condition guide.
