Item Description
Authentic Original 1920 Warren G. Harding "For President" Political Campaign Pinback Button
Up for sale is an authentic, original 1920 presidential campaign pinback button promoting Republican candidate Warren G. Harding. This is a genuine piece of century-old American political history, NOT a modern reproduction.
This specific variation features a sepia-toned portrait image of Harding set within a vibrant red border featuring the text "FOR PRESIDENT WARREN G. HARDING". This is the smaller, harder-to-find 5/8" diameter size variant.
Condition Details:
• Front: The front face shows great color clarity. Very minor age-related wear, but highly presentable with strong colors.
• Back: The original pin mechanism is fully intact and functional. The reverse metal displays expected vintage darkening, oxidation, and surface patina typical for a 100-year-old metallic pinback button.
Please review all high-resolution photos provided to evaluate the exact cosmetic condition for yourself before purchasing.
