The Opinel No. 8 is the classic French folding knife, made in Savoie since the late 1800s and one of the most recognized everyday-carry knives in the world. This one has the Inox stainless steel blade (about 3.25 inches) stamped with the Opinel crowned hand logo, a khaki green painted wood handle, a polished steel ferrule marked \"No 08\" and \"Made in France,\" and the Virobloc safety ring, which twists to lock the blade open or closed. A leather lanyard is threaded through the handle.
Condition: Pre-owned with light use. The blade has light surface scratches and a few faint marks near the base (see close-up photo). The handle paint shows small specks and minor scuffs consistent with handling. Lanyard is intact. Please review all photos, as they are part of the description.
