NH New Hampshire Wolfeboro Mt Washington Landing Station Postcard c1915
The card provides an excellent view of the large paddlewheel steamer Mt. Washington, the waterfront landing, station building, dock, passengers, small boats, American flag, and the surrounding mountains across Lake Winnipesaukee. The Mt. Washington was one of the most important and recognizable steamers on Lake Winnipesaukee, making this an especially appealing card for New Hampshire, Wolfeboro, Lake Winnipesaukee, transportation, steamboat, maritime, and local-history collectors.
Estimated date: circa 1910. The scene is consistent with historical references identifying the Mt. Washington at the Wolfeboro dock around this period.

This is an original postcard see pictures for condition use the zoom and please ask questions. Any long straight black or white lines on the image that extend over the edges of the postcard were caused by pieces of dirt/dust on the scanner plate and are not on the card itself.
