DETAILS
The Spyderco Tenacious Folding Knife gives budget-conscious buyers a genuine Spyderco design without the premium price tag. Built as the flagship of Spyderco\'s Value Folder family, this folding knife delivers the same core CLIPIT features found on the brand\'s higher-end knives in an accessible format.
Features:
- Full-flat-ground 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade
- Available in PlainEdge or partially serrated CombinationEdge
- Trademark Round Hole for amofferextrous one-handed opening
- LinerLock mechanism
- Full, skeletonized stainless steel liners
- Open-backed handle construction for easy cleaning
- Peel-ply textured G-10 scales
- Four-position pocket clip for left/right, tip-up/tip-down carry
The Tenacious uses a full-flat-ground blade made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, giving it solid edge retention and easy sharpening at a lower price point than Spyderco\'s premium steels. A Trademark Round Hole allows fast, amofferextrous one-handed opening, and a reliable LinerLock mechanism secures the blade during use. The handle\'s open-backed construction makes it easy to clean out debris and pocket lint, while full skeletonized stainless steel liners add strength without unnecessary weight.
Peel-ply textured G-10 scales provide a secure grip, and a broad, four-position pocket clip lets the knife be carried on either side of the body, tip-up or tip-down. The standard version comes with a satin-finished blade, PlainEdge or CombinationEdge, and brightly finished hardware, while an all-black version with a black oxide blade coating and matching black hardware is available in both edge configurations for a more tactical look or a preference for all-black gear.
Spyderco built the Value Folder family, including the Tenacious, to bring genuine CLIPIT design and quality to a wider range of buyers. The line has become one of the brand\'s most popular offerings for shooters and everyday carriers looking for Spyderco quality without the premium cost.
