This is a BEAUTIFUL Montblanc pen. It was well taken care of, but used. There are small micro scratches all over, giving it a nice 'used' patina. The tip of the pen, where the white star shape is appears to have some damage to it, but it is hard to notice at a glance, and it doesn't affect the bolt holding everything together. It's stamped 925, and I have fully disassembled and reassembled the pen and everything appears to be in good working order. I am not sure how full the cartridge is, but it still writes well. This is really a great piece for any collector, or even to use as a daily driver. It has a twist action to extend the ballpoint, instead of a removable cap.
