These are older-style machinist / engineer / industrial service wrenches with heavy forged construction and single open ends.
Williams was producing its alloy-steel Superrench line beginning in the mid-1920s, and Williams period literature from 1927 specifically uses the term “Engineers’ Pattern” for professional open-end wrenches. THE "SUPERRENCH" (Chrome-Molybdenum) 
The mixed manufacturers, markings, construction, and finishes are consistent with vintage 20th-century American industrial tools. Exact production dates for the individual wrenches have not been established.
Used with signs of use and storage including finish wear, scratches, discoloration, oxidation, and paint wear. Please review photos for markings, sizes, physical condition, and exact items included.
