This GORGEOUS cotton red, green and cheddar president\'s wreath quilt is hand appliqued and handquilted, with a wonderful vine border. The quilt consists of an 1840\'s quilt top finished in the early part of the 20th century. It measures 86\" X 88\" and is in very good condition, with the light age spotting in places and popping in some of the early red (which has progressed in places -- see pics).

There is hand quilting around the applique and in sunflower and daisy design in the background, all at an even 8-9 stitches to the inch.

The back is white, the hand stitched binding is solid green, and the batting is thin.

This DAZZLING DESIGN, WONDERFUL EARLY FABRICS, and NICE BORDER make this antique COLLECTOR\'S QUILT stand out!
