This listing is for a stunning rare pink frosted crystal glass "Chat Assis" (sitting cat) figurine. This design was originally made by Lalique in France. It came from the estate of my neighbor, who collected Lalique glass figurines of various animals. The color is a frosted rose pink, partially opaque.
It is signed on the bottom "R. Lalique" and "FRANCE" and numbered "5220". However, it is my understanding that this indicates it is a reproduction, as opposed to an original Lalique.
Measurements: 3.75" tall, 3" long, 1.75" wide, and weighs around 12 ounces. Has a nice heft.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks noted. As with any vintage glass there could be minor finish wear. It was extremely well cared for, as was the other Lalique figurine I have from this estate.
