Will you be so good as to fill up a Lease for Elias Decker for the farm he now holds under Lease to his father from my Father, Being farm No. 30. Containing 112 acres, with the wood Lot belonging to the same also numbered 30. Containing 20 acres to be included in the Rent of the farm—I mean no extra Rent to be paid for wood lot. Tenure the lives of said Elias Decker and his wife. Rent one Dollar per acre to commence at the expiration of the present Lease. Should Decker & his wife live longer than 20 years, then the Rent to be $1.25 per acre. Usual covenants as to trees &c.—
