This is a top hat I got imported in from Japan. It\'s from Tokyo Disneyland and based upon Alice in Wonderland, with a plush of the White Rabbit and having a gold chain attached. I don\'t have much information on it, as information is very scant online, but the measurement for it to fit is roughly 9\" or the equivalent in centimeters. It\'s very lightweight. From what I could find, this is rather rare, so it\'s been priced at a decent price considering importation and all that. Please feel free to ask questions. Material wise, I\'m not sure what it\'s made of, but it can best be described as a plush-like fabric, making it rather light, but lacking in the strength of leather. It does feel quite nice and thus, can be assumed to be of decent quality.
