Orders will be shipped out within four business days of purchase, Monday through Friday with UPS ground shipping service. Our office is closed on the weekends and most US National Holidays.

UPS Ground shipments typically take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive, but could take longer depending on your location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues during the delivery. We require a street or physical shipping address - we currently cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We only ship internationally using the GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM (all available countries are noted in our product listings). Alaska/Hawaii and US Protectorates are excluded.We cannot change shipping addresses from our end. If you need to make a change to the address on your order, please cancel the order within one hour of the purchase from your 'order history page' and place a new order with the corrected information.
