Got this at DEF CON 34 in Las Vegas. Official HUMAN electronic badge, in good working condition.
it has a removable Baochip RISC-V computer running the Xous OS, with a display, QR scanner, programmable RGB LEDs, USB connectivity, and security features including FIDO and TOTP. It was also used for an interactive badge-to-badge game during the conference and this feature can still be emulated/hacked with an open-source github project if you know where to look. Intentionally hackable, CTF flags. Will not include batteries.
