From a local estate is an antique Victorian cut crystal perfume/scent bottle similar to vanity pieces produced around the late 19th to early 20th century. It measures 7-1/2" in length and has a metal (pewter?) unmarked cap. Apparently designed to be carried in a reticule or vanity case without leaking, often called a lay-down scent bottle. A beautiful example of Victorian craftmanship!
