This antique photograph depicts three members of the Mirza Shriners organization from the early 1900s to 1924. The Mirza Temple is a specific Shriners chapter chartered in 1909 and based out of Pittsburg, Kansas. The black and white image is printed on paper with a light black backing board (See Photo 8) and is an original photo.
While the Shriners fraternity historically only admitted Master Masons (men), women actively participated in closely paired auxiliary organizations. The woman in the photo is likely a member of the Daughters of the Nile or the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, which also wear matching regalia and fezzes for meetings, parades, and philanthropic events.
