Lovely antique pair of French mantle vases. These vases were made by the K & G Luneville pottery co. of France and the mark indicates it's date of production between 1900 and 1920. A beautiful Art Nouveau shape of round with squared handles and a footed triangular base, the vases feature a pretty transferware pattern of blue and magenta Hydrangea flowers. They are in overall great shape, with a fine overall crazing to the finish and there is one hairline crack in each vase (one goes up and over the rim an equal distance of about 2") and a factory made crack and drop of shiny brown glaze on the handle of one (see last 3 photos for reference). These pretty vases measure aprox. 12.5" in height, 7" in width at the bases and 5" wide at the tops (including handles).
