7 Couples Romance Greetings Antique Postcards. 3 EMB. 1 Patriotic.
This is a nice selection of 7 ROMANCE Greetings postcards that show PRETTY LADIES and COUPLES in ROMANTIC views. These postcards are ANTIQUE from the early 1900s, and in good condition. They are nicely drawn and colorful. Three are three that are EMBOSSED, and there is one that has USA PATRIOTIC emblems. The postcards are pleasing to look at and they have good detail.
The men and ladies in these postcards are nicely dressed. They give you a good feel for fashion during the early 1900s. These postcards would have been sent as GREETINGS to a special person they cared for, and for FRIENDSHIP. Theseare collector items because of their nice appearance, their age, and their appeal to ROMANCE and PRETTY LADIES collectors.
The postcards are both UNPOSTED (5) and POSTED (2) with cancel dates of 1907 and 1909. Three have UNDIVIDED backs. A number of these would have been "Printed In Germany" during the "Golden Age of Postcards" (1908-1915 era).
These are BETTER POSTCARDS and are good for a collector or dealer. They will keep their value.Often these postcards are sold as individual items for many dollars each. They are sleeved and in good condition. However, please expect some creases, stains and edge wear due to their age. The photos show the postcards and their backs.
The postcards are shipped in a sturdy envelope.
