Nice unique set of 4 antique late 1800's forged steel crescent herb and food knives/choppers with hand turned wood handles. The larger two handled chopper is has a makers stamp of a turtle on a hammer and is stamped "300 Panzer". Blades are all sharp. Great addition for farm rustic kitchen. Comes from Upstate NY estate.Item are authentic and not reproductions. In original condition that I have received them They have not been cleaned or polished.
Condition:
- In very good antique condition.
- One chopper looks like it may have been repaired many years ago.
- They have wear, oxidation and pitting on metal.
- Wood handles have wear due to age.
- No handles are loose.
