A Google search on Heilig turned up some information he was a US Newspaper Reporter who served in France. The papers are clipped in the top left corner and holding them well. The photograph is loose and has no AP or other markings just the tag I photographed identifying the photograph as of Napoleon and Marie Louise Wedding Procession. The Photograph measures 8-inches x 5 1/2-inches. This is the only photograph that came with the article, I know it mentions four. The papers measure 10 1/2-inches x 8 1/4-inches. The documents and photograph will be mailed in an archival sleeve and board, and will be backed by cardboard, ground advantage.
