You get exactly what you see here -- Cool, old vintage stuff.
Please see the research photos, found online from a 1926 Boys Life Article, which mentions the "Annual "Kansas City Rally" that was held in the 1920s for the Lone Scouts. This is the only one of these that I have ever seen, ultra rare. These old ribbons were made out of silk, and it is rare when any survive 95 years. The ribbon was about the length of a baseball card, so it was intended for wear on the shirt at the event, not intended as a flagpole ribbon.
