Up for sale is an original, raw 1909–11 T206 tobacco card featuring Merle "Doc" Adkins, the pitcher for the minor league Baltimore Orioles. This iconic "White Border" pre-war baseball classic is entirely authentic and features the popular Piedmont 350 Subjects advertisement on the reverse side. Please review the detailed condition information and accompanying photographs carefully before offerding or purchasing. The card shows typical handling wear for a century-old tobacco piece, including clear corner rounding and a bit of rolling/creasing at the edges. Additionally, there is some minor water damage visible on the card, which has caused slight staining or texture variation to the paper stock. Despite these defects, the front lithograph portrait retains clear registration, and the advertising text on the back remains entirely legible without any major paper loss. This serves as an excellent, budget-friendly entry piece or filler copy for a T206 team set collector or a Baltimore sports history enthusiast. Your vintage card will be handled with premium care, packaged securely inside an archival sleeve and rigid top loader sandwiched between protective layers of heavy cardboard, and shipped out via a bubble mailer with a tracked mailing service. Please reach out directly if you have any questions or if you would like me to provide specific macro close-up photos of the flaws before buying.
