Later history / disposition: the company’s fire-apparatus business records and some assets later became part of Minnesota Fire Equipment Co. (and ultimately relate to later firms in the regional fire-apparatus industry).
Modern descendant: a commercial/manufacturing business called Nott Company / Nott Co. operates in the Twin Cities area today (manufacturing belting, hoses, engineered systems), carrying the historic name into a modern industrial supplier.
