1828 Indenture Document in Frame Joseph Dugan from the Gibsons (James - a lawyer) for Piece of Property in Philadelphia on Locust Street
Item Description
Great old mortgage/property transfer document. Recently picked the piece up at an sale. Parties appear to be a John Dugan and wife as the receiver of the property and then two families of Gibsons with one of them being a lawyer by the name of James. For a property on Locust Street in Philadelphia in 1828. Seals by the officials signing are there as well.
The document does not appear to be laid down in the frame with the rippling of the document. The document wording is still quite legible.
The frame is 18-5/8\" tall, by 32\" across. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures.
