Vintage lot of 13 California postcards featuring historic scenes primarily from Long Beach, California, plus Los Angeles and the Grand Canyon.
Scenes include Long Beach waterfront and skyline, Convention Auditorium, Wilton Hotel, Ocean Front, Amusement Zone, Signal Hill Oil Fields, Lagoon and Surf Bathing “Spit and Argue Club,” Los Angeles International Airport, and multiple M.V. Shearwater harbor/boat views.
Also included is an older Fred Harvey / Detroit Publishing “A Storm in Grand Canyon” postcard. Some postcards are unused, while others are postally used with vintage writing, postmarks and 1-cent U.S. postage stamps.
Postcards vary in age and condition. Expect normal vintage wear including edge/corner wear, discoloration, age toning, marks, writing and other signs of age. Please review all photos carefully for exact condition and contents.
