Or if on your vehicle your lights seem to be acting wrong, this is a common problem associated with polarity from the HID kits connector. Each vehicle manufactures uses a different configuration for (Ground / Low Beam / High Beam). You can easily swap the pins on the hid connector. Here is how you do it. Stick your finger inside the plug where the pins are and bend them down toward the CURVED surface of the plug. Then raise them up a bit and pull from the back. This is the easiest way to swap the pins. Please try all combination until the lo/hi beams function properly.

All of our products are sold as brand new, therefore, all damagedproducts are considered damaged during transit (even though outer box is not damage). If you have received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item received.
Whem exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by us clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages receivedwithout a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.
