NOSStill in it\'s original box, color black,webbing does not haverips or cuts, but they have been stored for a while and there are imperfections on the color of the webbing, some fading and dirt marks especially on the creases, but they have never been used. Come with hardware and installation instructions. Please check the very last picture, I opened one of the bags with hardware and they will need some cleaning.
