WARRANTY / GUARANTEE
All Transfer Cases are guaranteed to work. However, labor is not included. The transfer case shift motor MAY or MAY NOT be included. It may not be noted in the listing so, if you are needing the transfer case shift motor please be sure to contact us first before ordering or make note of it when you place the order for the transfer case.
Most parts we sell through Motors come with a 30 day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated.
The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided. The part will be refunded as soon as we recieve the part back in our store.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
To return an item you must contact us via Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. You are responsible for shipping costs on any returned item.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to:
