The bundle contains the charging unit along with two adapters a) Nema 5-15 for trickle charging option @12amps via regular 110/120 volt household outlet b) Nema 14-50 for fast charging your Tesla @ rate of upto 40amps (please refer to the 4 prong adapter in the picture to ensure it’s the correct option for your setup)

This charger has been lightly used as back up unit since wall charger was main source of charging our Tesla. Works fine. Please review pictures for condition.
