  2. We use UPS ground, FEDEX ground, AND USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, this is a 3-5 day service.

  4. We ONLY ship to the registered address on your PayPal account, or the registered billing address of your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express payments.

  2. We use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, this is typically a 10-14 day service but the customs department in your country can cause delay.

Exchanges for Non-Defective Parts
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- A RGA# will be issued at this time.
- There will be no restocking fee for an exchange.
- The customer will pay all shipping charges.
- Product must come back in original manufactures packaging, parts must be new and packaging must be clean.
- Please return your product using any of the major trackable services. UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
Exchanges for Defective Parts
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- A RGA# and call tag will be issued to pick up the product.
- A replacement part will be sent out as soon as the item is received and inspected for said defect.
- We will not expedite any shipping during this process. Ground shipping service is used.
- Product must come back in original manufactures packaging, parts must be new and packaging must be clean.
Return for Refund
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- A RGA# will be issued at this time, No returns with out a RGA
- All refunds will be given after parts are returned to the appropriate warehouse.
- The customer will pay all shipping charges, shipping will not be refunded.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Mutual bid withdraw must be completed before refund.
