eBay has changed their feedback system to include vague 5-star ratings based on a seller's service. According to eBay's communications to sellers, anything less than a 5 is unacceptable and they are penalizing EVEN OUTSTANDING sellers a percentage of final value fees - 10% for less than a 4.8 rating and 15% for less than a 4.6rating for each catagory.

IN THE UNACCEPTABLE 4 STAR SYSTEM, Buyers can check "Accurate" (description), "Satisfied" (communication), "Quickly" (shipping time) and "Reasonable" (shipping costs).Normally, those would be wonderful feedback..... A 5 rating is a "Very Accurate" description, "Very Satisfied" with communication, "Very Quick" shipping after payment and "Very Reasonable" shipping and handling charges- so please check a 5 unless you are UNSATISFIED (after giving me a chance to solve your problem if there is one).. If there is a problem with your item, please contact me right away so we may resolve it to your satisfaction immediately.

I refund overpayments on shipping charges, offer refunds on the item should I inadvertantly make a mistake in the description, charge actual shipping plus $1 for packing materials, ($4 for international shipments) ship the same day or (if payment is received after the PostalCarrier comes by....) the next day and keep you informed each step along the way. If I can improve on this in any way or you feel it is less than 5-star service, please let me know.

Because eBay iseliminating the ability of a Seller to leave negative feed back for a Buyer, your feedback will be left following payment and shipping.

As an honest seller, I have had very few problems with buyers - but due to changes in feedback which leave sellers vulnerable to those few unscrupulous buyers, it is necessary to post some cautions for those buyers....

Any Buyer who a) does not pay; or b) has their payment bounce or files a chargeback fraudulently, or c)attempts to extort a Seller by threatening to leave unwarranted negative feedback, ord) commits fraud by attempting to return a switched item (not the original sold to them); or e) commits fraud by attempting to get a price credit for a fraudulent imperfection; or f) commits fraud by claiming non-receipt (someone stealing it off your porch is the Post Office's insurance problem, not the seller's....), or commits any number of other fraudulent buyer actionswill be pursued by the Unpaid Item Process (which will impact your ability to buy/sell on eBay...), will be reported to eBay and/or PayPal for appropriate followup or legal action, and if required, reported to Postal, Local, State, Federal and/or International authoritites for appropriate action. I protect myself as much as possible. I attempt to completely and accurately describe every item I sell.
