You are offerding on a special order item. By offerding on the sale you agree to such terms, procedures, and regulations that must be taken to go about getting your Seibon item(s) to you in a safe and timely manner.

Special order items are not stocked at our facility (quantity on hand does NOT apply to this particular item). This is normal procedure. Your order is placed with Seibon after your payment in full has been cleared (please read our payment terms for further details). If the product(s) are in stock at Seibon then it is normally picked up and shipped out within 3-5 business days. Keep in mind this is an average and is subject to change at any given time.

Even though we try to work with Seibon to ensure that all items are in stock, there are occasions when an item may be on back order. The buyer will be contacted within 3-5 business days to be informed of the situation and will be given a few options if the item(s) is/are on back order. The first option is that the buyer will be offered to wait until the item is back in-stock. You will be provided with an estimate of when the item will be back in stock. An estimate doesn't provide the actual delivery date, instead it is a time frame given by the manufacturer that is subject to change at any given time. The second option is that we will offer the buyer a refund in full. A refund is only granted when both parties involved reach a mutual agreement.

Delivery:

Your product(s) will be shipped via a shipping carrier/brokerage company. When the item is delivered a signature is required before the product can be released. When the item is being delivered we recommend that you inspect the product(s) for any damages that may have been caused during the time of transit. Any damages should be inspected and noted with the driver/agent whom are present. Most importantly the damages and claims need to be noted to the seller within 24 hours with visual confirmation of such damages. NO EXCEPTIONS! We will then take this further by filing a claim with the shipping courier.

Delivery Time:

United States: Once the product(s) has/have been picked up, the transit time takes around 5-7 business days. This would include HI/AL as well. Pilot Freight Services will deliver your items to your door. S&H include the costs for the delivery service as well as insurance.

Price displayed is for the Contiguous United States. For HI/AK please contact us directly for further details on shipping costs.

US Territories & Canada: Once the product(s) has/have been picked up, the transit time takes around 7-10 business days. Pilot Freight Services will deliver your items to your door. S&H include the costs for the delivery service as well as insurance.

International: Once the product(s) has/have been picked up, the transit time takes around 10-12 business days. Pilot Freight Services will deliver your items to your nearest airport. An agent will contact the buyer to inform them when the item has arrived. Buyer is responsible for customs clearance and pickup/delivery from the airport. S&H include the costs for the delivery service to the airport as well as insurance but does not include customs fees.

Note: Transit time is an average. Actual delivery times are subject to change at any given time. Delivery is accepted for most residential/commercial addresses. Custom/duty/brokerage fees on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

The customer is responsible for any terminal fees due thereafter and/or upon arrival. Fees, but not limited to, include airport handling fees, agent fees, storage fees(if not picked up soon after arrival), security fees, customs fees, etc.

Payment:

We require that all payments be paid through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay). Your address must be confirmed. Buyers who pay with unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted. Those that purchase with an unconfirmed address will be contacted and will be asked to cancel their offer; a refund in full will be issued. All payments are required to be paid in full within seven days (starting the day the sale was won). Buyers who don't pay in full within seven days will be contacted for a last chance offer to pay. If payment is not made in full within the first seven days then we will be forced to take further action. For Seibon products we require that you provide us with a phone number that you can be reached at. Please add the phone number to the PayPal notes or add it to your shipping address.
