We ship packages to the locations listed, USPS shipment for US local customer only.

In order to get your product as soon as possible, we will ship all products in one day (except for weekend and public holiday) after payment is cleared. Package will be shipped via different method depends on the destination area. Shipping time is 7 - 20 business days, but actual transit time may vary according to location.

For EMS or UPS etc. which takes only 5-7 business days to receive, the extra fee is for the buyer's account. Please email us if you would like to apply express shipping and we will recalculate the shipping fee on your account.

Combine shipping is only valid for items purchased within 5 days from the first item won. All items to be combined must be on the same invoice.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to clear any customs if apply in that country.

Please bear in mind that it is the buyer's responsibility to clear any import duties and check with the country's customs office whether any additional fee is asked.

Please inform us via message or email with item ID, item title and what the damage is clearly. And please be advised that digital photos must be attached to the email you send. We will check for the issue and offer help.

Please note that you should contact us within 30 days since the day you receive the package, or it will be your own responsibility to take the lost of the defective item.

It usually takes 1-3 days for inspecting the defective issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible after the investigation.

If we find the product is arrived at damaged, we will usually reship your order in good condition immediately.

Please enclose all the documentation for us to verify your refund request, if not, we are not in a position to assist you with your problem.


If you receive merchandise that is materially different than described or defective or wrong in any way, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, exchanges/refunds will not be given.

For returning an item, all shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the item and there is a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items unless item was shipped damaged or if we shipped the wrong package.

Items that have been used, applied, or damaged are not qualified for a refund. All returned items are subject to inspection for determination of situation.

All items are in stock at time of shipment. It is our desire to have stock on any item we list.
