Buyer will have to pay shipping back to our business then a replacement will be sent out or buyer can pay for another part and a refund will be issued when the defective part is recieved at Bionic Auto parts
To return an item you must contact us through Messaging within the 30 Day period to obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) Please message for an RMA number
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, please ship the item back along with all proper documentation and original RMA number.
