Most parts we sell through Motors come with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided. Parts are marked by Auto Network, Inc. Markings must remain on the part if it is returned.
Computers/Modules/Airbags/Radio's may require dealer programming to be functional in your vehicle. Buyer assumes all responsibility for this cost.
ELECTRONICS ARE AS IS NO WARRANTY DUE TO THE SENSITIVE NATURE OF THE ITEM. ECM, BCM'S ARE SOLD AS IS.
Door Switches are switch only unless otherwise stated. Bezel is not included. Door Trim Panels are trim panel only without switches.
Steering Wheels and columns are bare. No switches, airbags, airbag covers.
Engines do not include starter, throttle body, alternator, injectors, intake exhaust manifolds or ac pump. These may be available at an additional charge.
Body parts are local pick up only. Doors are door only. Does not include mirror or any interior pars.WE DO NOT SHIP BODY PARTS such as Bumpers, Fenders, Quarter Panels, Doors, Clips, Roofs, Interiors, Headliners, Seats.
COMPLETE FRONT CLIP INCLUDES COOLING DOES NOT INCLUDE ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, K FRAME, ENGINE MOUNTS OR SUSPENSION. CUT SHEET IS REQUIRED. ALLOW 3 DAYS FOR REMOVAL. RADIATOR MAY BE AFTERMARKET IF YOUR ENGINE APPLICATION IS DIFFERENT THAN THE CLIP VEHICLE. THESE ARE USED PARTS AND MAY SHOW WEAR AND IMPERFECTIONS.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
To return an item you must contact us via Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
If you purchased a part in error, Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Auto Network, Inc. ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via UPS ground or USPS.
Items requiring freight pallet shipping ex: Engine, Transmission etc. are based on delivery to a commercial address with a forklift for unloading. Residential address or commercial addresses that need a liftgate delivery will have additional charges necessary prior to shipment. Please provide your shipping address to obtain a proper quote.

Pick up at our facilities is available. Please message us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. If you are out of state and picking up in Indiana, we are required to collect 7% sales tax.
