We have a $4.50 shipping and handling charge. SAE Parts buys all of its merchandise in bulk surplus. We package or repackage 100% of our parts. $2.75 of the charge is billed to us from FedEx for home delivery and the other $1.75 is for boxes, tape, and packaging materials.

If you would like to return an item, please contact SAE Parts through messages. Once approved by a representative, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We understand that mistakes happen, which is why no restocking fees will be charged, however, any shipping costs incurred, including ads with free shipping, are non-refundable. Any defective parts or mistakes made by SAE Parts will be refunded and shipped back at no cost to you. Any packages returned without authorization will be refused and sent back to you.
