i have a mercury 24 stud 1949-52 8CM bare block. still has cam shaft in it and a couple of stuck valves. this was torn down for rebuild. a little greasy but looks to be in a good shape. i see the typical little cracks on the heads from water jacket to stud hole. should be good for a rebuild. local pickup because of weight. not willing to ship but might drive a couple hours to meet you if prearranged. what you see is what you get.
