Made entirely of aircraft grade aluminum-titanium alloy, the Surge SuperCharger is machined to perfection! The blades spin freely and smoothly its shaft being supported by a space grade zero friction ball bearing.

The Surge SuperCharger has a 2.5 inch diameter for easy mounting. The product installs inside the intake hose going to the throttle body from air filter. A clamp is included to secure the Surge SuperCharger inside the intake hose. It also includes a rubber coupler that will create a vacuum seal inside the intake chamber. If your hose has a diameter greater then 2.5” you must custom fit it therefore please ask your qualified mechanic to install it.

1. Remove air inlet hose located between air purifier. 2. Installthe SuperChargerinside the air inlet hose. 3.Ifthe SuperCharger unit is smaller than your cars air inlet hose, use theplastic ring attached to increase its diameter so it can fit in the tubing.

Is this hard to install?

No, on most cars all you need to do is get access to the air box tubing. You can choose where is the best place to mount. If you watch the video above, you can see it was installed right before the throttle body.

What is the diameter of the unit?

2.5 Inches. It can be installed on any vehicle with 2.5 inches to 3" internal opening air intake tube.

Can this be installed if I have an intake?

Sure, as long as your intake internal diameter is between 2.5 inches to 3".

What if I want to increase the diameter of the SuperCharger a tiny bit?

Buy some electrical tape or any other type of plastic tape and wrap the unit until the desired diameter is met.
