All external parts of an engine such as axles, power steering, a/c pump, intake & exhaust manifold, carburetor, alternator, distributor, starter, emission control device, thermostat, belts, hoses, clutch, flywheel, pulley, wiring, computer (ECU), transmission, turbocharger unit, fuel injectors, gaskets, sensors, and any plastic trim pieces.

o 2. loss of engine, if the engine is red-lined or competitively raced.

o 3. loss of engine as a result of insufficient amount of oil in the engine.

o 4. Any labor for installation or removal of any defective part of an engine.

o 5. Any damage to the engine due to improper installation.

o 6. Loss caused by modification or forced induction (NOS, Turbo, Supercharger) for which the engine was not designed.

o 7. Loss caused by overheating of the engine, unless overheating is the direct result of the failure of an internal part of the engine.

o 8. Any tune-ups and adjustments in belts, hoses, filters, sparkplugs, emission control devices, etc.

o 9. Decrease in performance of any covered part due to normal wear and tear, unless actual breakdown occurs.

o 10. If a Certified Mechanic does not install engine, the warranty is void.

• When necessary please check with your mechanic as to programming this unit to your vehicle.
• Warranty is void unless installed by certified mechanic/shop.
• Wrong part ordered/refund request is subject to 25% restocking fee.
• Refund/Claims only available if part is in its original condition.
• Bolt on parts of full dress/complete engines not guaranteed.

• Small parts are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise discussed prior to shipping.
• Large shipping is done through Freight Company (s) with confirmation for your protection.

• If free shipping specified for freight this is to business locations (requires forklift, dock, unloading facility, etc.) residential delivery fees are paid by consumer. Every fee will be explained up front.

• Shipping insurance is non-optional and price is given along with shipping quote on large items, on small items insurance is $10.00 optional.
