• When the brakes are not engaged, the Quiet Slot™ rotor vane and surface slot design effectively cuts through the surrounding air flow virtually eliminating the "whirling" noise typically encountered with cross drilled or heavily slotted rotors.

Warranty

All Hawk Quiet Slot™ Brake Rotors provide a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring products to be free of defects from manufacturers workmanship and materials. The Hawk Quiet Slot™ and Pads warranty covers every disc rotor and pad the company produces and/or sells against any fault or defect in manufacture, provided that; (a) all associated components are within recommended specifications. (b) the product has been fitted correctly by a qualified technician and (c) the rotor/pads have not been subjected to conditions beyond those for which it was intended, such as being used in any form of motorsport.

Return Policy

Sales Receipt must accompany ALL returns, warranties, and cores. All returns must have RMA number issued by KingTek Performance. All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. No refund or exchanges for items over 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Absolutely NO return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, installed, or mounted. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer.Shortage and damage claims must be made within 7 working days from the receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packaging materials for carrier inspection. KingTek Performance cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. All approved refunds will be paid either by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, to be determined by KingTek Performance.
