All our flanges are cold roll 1018 steel and are resurfaced after milling to correct any warping so ensure our flanges seal properly. - Grand National V6 turbo system can be upgraded by fabricating a larger downpipe using the 4 bolt flange with 3" outlet. The flnage is 1/2" thick mild steel 1018 it also has a machined lip for easy installation of the exhaust tubing. This is a weld on flange perfect for a custom flange fits all V6 turbo OEM turbos. We use thick flanges to prevent warpage and stress cracks under high loads and heat.
