• If a product has a manufacturer's defect we will exchange it or provide a full refund if returned within 7 days from date of purchase.
• After the 7 day grace period a replacement of the same product will be sent free of shipping charges.
• Any other fees such as installation and labor will not be reimbursed with the warranty claim.

• All products under warranty will be tested at our facilities prior to giving full refunds. Please allow a period of 14 days for testing.
• Products installed negligently and broken by rough handling do not fall under warranty.
