Motor was removed from a friend’s ’57 Chevrolet about a month ago. He had the engine rebuilt before installing it into his '57 Chevy and has put about 3,000 miles on it since installation. Extremelly well taken care of and NEVER driven hard!

He changed to a fuel injected engine setup which was a70th birthday present from his wife.

Engine Block Casting Numbers are 3999289 with the upside down “P” which most engine guys and books say designate the engine as a passenger car engine used by GM from 1972 to 1978.

A $500 Deposit must be made within 24 hours of sales end or the item will be relisted for sale.

Payment in full must be received within 7 days of sales end. I will accept a deposit through PayPal but the balance will need to be cash. No checks unless a certified bank check is used. The check will need to clear my bank before the item leaves the premises.

Shipping:

Local Pickup Only! The Item is located near Winston Salem, NC. I will help a shipper to load the engine if one is hired by the buyer for transport. But again, the buyer / shipper will be responsible for crating and preparing the engine for transport.
