You are offerding on one custom(whatever you want it to say up to 8 letters) Third Brake light cover decal made to fit Chevy Corvette 1997,1998,1999,2000,2001,2003,2004 C5 This item is made out of glossy black decal/sticker/sign vinyl film. It will last 5-7 years. Looks great in day light and at night when you press your brakes the message will glow. You get to choice the wording up to 8 characters including spaces. When you checkout please include what you want on the cover in the NOTE TO SELLER BOX!!! The font I use for this item is ARIAL BLACK. Easy to install just read the directions below.

Work area: Please install the decal cover in a well lit garage or outside when no wind is present. The air temp must be 40deg - 90deg if the temp is below 40deg just press on your brakes for 5 mins this will heat the lens. Also, keep the decal at room temp before the install.

Prep: PLEASE clean your 3rd brake light lens before you install the cover!!! After you have let the lens dry you are ready to install the cover. You will see that the cover has 3 parts to it. The top layer is the clear transfer tape. The seconded layer is the vinyl decal and the 3rd layer is the backing paper.

Install: Firmly rub the top of the decal with your thumb. Then, remove the white backing paper SLOWLY. If the decal is sticking to the backing paper lay it back down and try it again. After you have the decal and transfer tape removed from the backing paper you are ready to stick the decal onto the 3rd brake light lens. You will need to line up the decal with the 3rd brake light lens. After you have it lined up now stick it to the lens. The decal is about 1/16 inch larger than the 3rd brake light lens so there is little room for error. After you have it stuck to the lens RUB FIRMLY ON THE COVER! Now you are ready to remove the clear transfer tape. Take your finger nail and grab the edge of the transfer tape and slowly pull it off. If any part of the decal starts to come up with the transfer tape lay it back down and rub on it and try again. Now that you have removed the transfer tape you are done! If you have any bubble take a pin and pop them. If you have extra vinyl hanging over the edge you can tuck it around the lens or trim it. The vinyl cover will last 5-7 years.
