Shipments will be processed within 1 to12 hours of receiving your payment.We ship out6 days a week ( Monday - Saturday ).Shipping insurance is optional. You must have a confirmed shipping address if transaction is over $100.00 and ifmaking a payment via PayPal. We will ship to confirmed addresses only. Shipping is calculated for the lower 48 states in the Continental United States.We will ship international but to confirmed address only.Contact seller for quotes to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation UPSGround for large packages with tracking number.we ship PRIORITY Mail because Item (s) will be in transit for a few days (2-4 days) it means that the faster the item (s) get to the location the less chance for it to damage, get to the wrong hands, or lost. I know some of the shipping fees are a little bittoo muchbut trust me it will save both of us time and money. ( lost, damage items...) We accept local pick-up only if the listing says PICK- UP ONLY. Buyer could pick up the item (s) with cash only.If payment has been made via PayPal, we ask that you pick-up your item(s) within 7 days. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving shipment. Once we have received the item(s) back and have deemed the item(s) to be in the original condition as we sent it, we will then process your refund. Refunds will be given as money back or exchange . We ask that you notify us via email within (24 hours)one day of receiving defective/damaged item(s). Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, we will file a damage/loss claim on your behalf with the Carrier to get a refund on the final value of the item(s) you won if insurance was purchased on checkout. Pleasereturn the item(s) back to us in it's original packaging. No questions ask.Do not open, repair or tamper with broken items.
