All transmissions are guaranteed to work. However, labor is not included. All transmissions must be installed by a certified \"ASE\" Transmission shop. New filter, fluids and seals must be installed. All fluids will be drained out of our transmissions! Please be sure to add PROPER transmission fluid, it is very important as this error could void the guarantee!! All fluid cooler lines must be flushed, shift/detent cable or linkage assemblies must be adjusted. Torque converters must be properly installed. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. To return an item you must contact us via Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
