If I do not hear back from you 7 days after the "Non-Paying buyer Alert from " I will automatically send a "Request for Final Value Fee credit" and assume you do not intend to pay. At that point I will have no choice but to relist the item and post appropriate response. Items not purchased within the time frame above will no longer be available to you.

Due to the volume of listings on , on very rare occasions listed sale items may be unavailable at sale end. In such cases, the winning buyer will be notified that the item is unavailable, and I will try to arrange for a reasonable item substitution or refund.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY:

Buyers have 30 days from purchase date of each item to notify me of any concerns. Items are sold "As is." No warranty is applicable unless otherwise stated. After this 30 day period all sales are final.

If I am notified within the 30 day period, I will accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges for any item that is not as described in the sale listing or not working properly. Buyer will be responsible for costs involved in return shipping of item.

Full refund will be provided for items than I agreed to be returned to my location.

Partial Refunds is a option to solve any inconvenience caused for item mal function.
