We will gladly process your request for a return or exchange if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date. The return/exchange must include a copy of the original sales receipt with the reason for return. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be new, unused, and contain all the original packaging and accessories. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping costs that must be paid in full before the exchange can be processed. No returns or exchanges will be granted on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched or defaced.
