  All shipments are made via UPS Ground, UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, or USPS Priority Mail. (All transit times shown above are estimates, not guarantees.)

• We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses, buyer must provide a physical address when ordering. We are not liable for delays if a P.O. Box address or any other undeliverable addresses are provided.
  
  
• Orders will be shipped and tracking information will be provided within 24-48hrs after payment has cleared. If for some reason you did not received your item, please contact customer service and we can trace your package with the shipping carrier. Usually it will take 5-8 business days for the UPS Claims Department to investigate the issue.

• Canadian Buyers are now offered UPS Standard shipping with lower shipping fees and Flat Rate Brokerage Fees of $10.

• Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt, at times there is damage during shipping from the carrier. We recommend that the buyer check the package. If the item has any damage, please contact our customer service within 48 hours, a representative will help in assisting to file a claim. UPS will then pick up the package for inspection. The process could take up to 5-8 business days. Once the damaged item is returned, the replacement item will be sent to you.
  
  
• We now offer 30 days money back, if the buyer does not like the item or feels that the they are not satisfied with the product they can return the item and get a refund for the ITEM PRICE only. Items needs to be in Brand New Condition and must be approved by the Returns Department.
  
  
• In most cases, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless they have been approved by our RMA Department.
  
  
• Limited Warranty is offered to customers, within 90 days of receiving the item. The warranty is for EXCHANGE only and covers any manufacturer's defect: LED INOP, Bulbs, or water leak. Other defects will need to be authorized by our RMA department first. No Exchanges will be made for any product that has been damaged.
  
  
• No claims will be honored after 7 days of delivery.
  
  
• Once an RMA case is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item. If an item is returned after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. All returned items must be in brand new condition, which means the item has never been installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
  
  
• If any replacement is out of stock we will offer buyer a REFUND.
