Complete take off. Painted part of the bumper does have some scratches, scuffs and nicks that are pictured. It will need to be repainted if you want perfect. Running lights are tinted. The lower valance has some holes from screws that were holding on some aftermarket parts. Some scuffs and nicks as well on the lower valance. Not a perfect bumper. Pictures show exact condition if something was missed in the description.
